Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Summus LLC, doing business as Twin Cities Craft Cannabis ("we," "us," "our"), handles information collected through this corporate website (the "Site"). It does not cover Lowertown Dispensary's planned shopping website or Lowertown Glass Co.'s website. Lowertown Dispensary is our own retail business; once its separate shopping website is live, that site will have its own privacy notice covering its own practices. Lowertown Glass Co. is an independently operated business, not part of Twin Cities Craft Cannabis, and we don't control its website or privacy practices.

Age verification

Before you can view this Site, you're asked to confirm you are 21 or older. We do not ask for or store a birthdate. Your confirmation is remembered only for your current visit, using the session cookie described below, and is not saved anywhere else.

Information you provide to us

Two forms on this Site are currently active: the inquiry form on our Partners page, for suppliers, prospective partners, lenders, investors, and press, and the general form on our Contact page, for general questions and media inquiries. Depending on which form and reason you choose, they collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and — on the Partners form only — organization and license state/type/number (optional, shown only for supplier and partnership inquiries). Neither form accepts file or document uploads. Our Careers page lists open positions, but applications cannot currently be submitted through this Site; we'll update this notice once that's available.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the Partners or Contact form, our application briefly uses your IP address to limit how many submissions can come from the same source per hour, so the forms can't be abused. That's used in memory to apply the limit and isn't saved to our database. This Site does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools.

Cookies

This Site uses one cookie: a session cookie that keeps the Site secure and remembers your 21+ confirmation for your current visit. It expires automatically after 8 hours. We do not use advertising, analytics, or other tracking cookies.

How we use what you submit

Information submitted through the Partners or Contact form is stored in our database and reviewed directly by our team so we can respond to you. This Site does not currently send an automated confirmation email when you submit a form.

Who we share information with

We host this Site and its database on Replit's hosting platform. Other than the infrastructure Replit provides, we do not share, sell, or provide the information you submit to any other company or service. This Site does not use a separate email marketing service, analytics service, or advertising service.

How long we keep information

We are proposing, but have not yet finalized, a retention schedule: general and Partners inquiries would be kept for up to 24 months after submission, and job application records (once that feature is available) for up to 12 months after the position closes. Under this proposal, older records would be deleted manually by our staff — we do not have an automated deletion process today. This schedule is awaiting approval and is not yet in effect.

Lowertown Dispensary is Twin Cities Craft Cannabis's own retail business. We plan to launch a separate shopping website for it, which will have its own privacy notice once it's live. Lowertown Glass Co. is a separate, independently operated business — not part of Twin Cities Craft Cannabis — and we don't control its website or privacy practices.

We may update this notice as the Site and our practices change. We'll update the date above when we do.
